As Technical Lead for BMW M Motorsport, I oversee a complex portfolio of 20+ IT applications utilized before, during, and after races—spanning car configurations, logistics processing, and failure analysis. My primary objective is the modernization and cloud migration of these critical systems, establishing a robust, data-driven architecture that natively integrates GenAI and LLMs to power autonomous agent workflows.
Directed the modernization and cloud migration of a complex portfolio of 20+ racing IT applications (car configuration, telemetry, logistics)

As IT Sub-Product Owner for BtS Management (ConRecOrd & VoMS), I was responsible for driving the strategic and technical direction of these components within BMW Group’s decentralized ordering landscape. ConRecOrd played a pivotal role in managing order templates and optimizing stock levels for both BMW Group and global partners. VoMS played a part in the feedback loop for optimizing central stock quality, based on country specific representatives feedback.

Managed end-to-end product delivery, including backlog prioritization, cross-functional team coordination, stakeholder alignment, and budget planning

At the BMW Group my primary focus was on the order template management system, integral to BMW Group’s decentralized ordering process. This system not only handled order template management but also optimized stock levels both for the BMW Group and the worldwide partners ordering vehicles.
Led the technical architecture and execution of a €2M cloud migration project for BMW's global order template system (ConRecOrd), directing a team of 7+ external developers and project managers while ensuring strict quality control over all deliverables
Redesigned the stock optimization algorithm, reducing infrastructure costs by 76%, improving performance by 87%, and saving 70k EUR/year
Implemented FinOps practices resulting in predictive infrastructure cost savings of 30k EUR/year
Architected and designed event-driven APIs and data models to introduce new monetization capabilities for banking and insurance APIs
